Bharat Bhushan (1920 - 1992)born in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, was a prominent actor of the 1950s and 1960s in Bollywood. He often took on roles of musicians in the movies. He was a second rung hero, with Dilip Kumar, Raj Kapoor and Dev Anand being at the top rung. He lost his first wife, and married actress Ratna, who was his co star in the movie Barsaat Ki Raat
